Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by your proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact support@kortinz.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund it promptly.
